Stephen D’Angelo
President & CEO:
As Co-founder and Chief Executive Officer of Spring Lake Technologies,
Stephen D’Angelo is responsible for driving growth and strategic direction of
the company.
Mr. D’Angelo established himself as a highly successful sales professional in
the technology industry who effectively transitioned into sales and senior
management roles in several software companies.
Prior to Co-founding Spring
Lake Technologies in 2004, Steve was President and CEO of Arasys Technologies
which provided content management and distribution solutions for sales and
marketing. As CEO Stephen raised series C financing, reorganized the company to
reduce deficits, increased sales production and achieved profitability goals.
Prior to Arasys, Stephen was President of the Americas for Industri-Matematik
International (IMI). IMI is a leader in supply chain management software
specializing in complex Order Management, Fulfillment, Store Inventory
Optimization and Continuous Replenishment. Steve was responsible for all line
and staff operations in the Americas. He increased revenues five fold and
decreased operating costs by more than 30%. Steve helped orchestrate the sale of
the company to Symphony Technology Group.
Prior to IMI, Steve was Executive Vice President of Global Sales, Marketing
and Business Development at Celarix. Celerix is a provider of supply chain
collaboration/visibility and logistics procurement software delivered in a SaaS
environment. While at Celerix, Steve built a stellar global organization that
enabled the company to mature to one of the premier logistics visibility
platforms.
Before Celarix, Steve was the Vice President of Global Sales of
Optum Software, a leading Supply Chain Execution firm. Upon Joining Optum, Steve
was responsible for growing Optum’s sales team and more than doubling company
revenue.
Earlier in his career, Steve was at Industi-Matematik International (IMI) as the
Vice President of Sales for the Americas. During his time at IMI, Steve was
responsible for organization development, market expansion, and strategic growth
within the United States, Canada, Latin America, and Asia Pacific. During his
tenure, the company grew from $18M in annual revenue to over $100M and became a
publicly traded company.
Mr. D’Angelo holds the position of president of the board of trustees for Garden
Academy, a private school for children with autism. He is a founding member of
the board and is instrumental in raising contributions and managing operations.
Steve holds a business degree in Marketing & Management from Montclair
University.
