The Management Team has known each other and worked successfully together for over two decades. They have collaborated on and developed the common vision for the company and its product offerings, drawing on a collective passion for success. This team brings together a diverse combination of complementary experiences. Each member has had extensive operating experience in a wide variety of enterprise settings. In previous positions, the founders have been able to witness and observe the nuances and dynamic interplay of human behavior; the very core foundation for all SLT offerings. Additionally, each of the founders has employed behavioral sciences to solve operational challenges in past roles. Finally, each of the founders has been exposed to numerous start-up, early stage and mature corporations. The combined skills, and multi discipline views create a unique advantage for SLT.
